Our hillside hotel preserves the island’s charm with original landscapes. Access to first, second, and third-floor rooms requires climbing 38, 54, and 76 steps respectively, as there’s no elevator. The unique ambiance and stunning views make it worthwhile, and our staff is always ready to assist with luggage for a smooth check-in.
The idea behind the design is the capability to accommodate large families or groups, while simultaneously offering privacy; for this purpose, each apartment has its own entrance.
Our newly build residences are located in the picturesque and cosmopolitan village Vourkari. Despite being close to the action and bustle on the island, the location of our villas is quiet and serene, with a breathtaking bird’s eye view over the Aegean. The distance from the port is only 1500 metres, and Athens is just an hour away. Eleftherios Venizelos Airport (Athens) is merely 30 minutes from port Lavrio.
The closest beach with sunbeds and amenities -which is one of the island’s most popular beaches- lies just 400 meters from our villas. The boat moorings, taverns, renowned restaurants and bars are just a stone’s throw from Kea Mare.
The naming of our residences was inspired by the history and the flora of the island. From the 16 native plants of Kea, five are considered rare. Fritillaria Graeca is included in the list of strictly protected plants under the Bern Convention of the Council of Europe that concerns the conservation of European wildlife and natural habitats. The northeastern part of Kea has been added into the NATURA 2000 network.
